My wife will be doing it. I have a knee injury due to rugby so I will be doing a MTb race on Sunday

Didn't ride, weekend fell apart

It was moer tough out there. Made countless mistakes. Got stuck behind slow roadies in Norm Hudlin and had to watch John Lee and them slip off the front.

I cycled to the start of the Urban Run to support my wife. I took our son with in his cart that hooks onto the back of my bike. It's about 8 kms from home and I had to go up that hill at the opera house with him on the back...now that was more tough, I didn't realize the little sh$t is getting that big

Next time go up the one just before the opera house... Now that b1tch is steep.

I checked that oke out and said nooit I'll hook it up the longer yet less steep hill
