Awesome service from these guys today. My mate broke his rear dérailleur today. Took bike in straight from ride. Bike was dirty,chain stuffed etc. They quoted to replace along with cassette. Only had an XT derailleur.Said they would try and fix asap as they knew it was a long weekend (heard that before!) and we wanted to ride. They called 1hr later and said bike was ready. Spotless with an SLX derailleur which they managed to find saving a few bucks

Question: why the hell are they not open early in the morning???? there are hundreds of riders that pass there every day doing the cradle ride...
