MTB tracks down to South Coast

I'm planning on riding down to the Margate/San Lameer area in December.

Obviously I would like to stay off tar roads, main roads etc, as much as possible.

I've made contact with a few people that can help with GPS tracks for the route, but if anyone can add to this or offer advise, it would be much appreciated.

Starting from Johannesburg, but I'm happy to splice and dice any routes to get a working trail.
