Fallen cyclists Simon's Town

Hi guys anyone know how the guy is that took a tumble just past Simon's Town yesterday (Sunday 4/11/2012) He seemed to be in some pain when we stopped to offer assistance but left we left when a fire engine and Police arrived, saw at least 4 emergency vehicles heading that way and was hoping that the guy was alright?

Looked like a heart attack. Cycled past as the fire brigade were on the scene and didn't want to be a nuisance.

 

Hope he is alright.
