Kulula broke my bike on the way to 94.7

And once again my local LBS in Cape Town are not failing to disappoint. Sent a pic of the bearing and the fork to two of them. First one replies that they'll forward it to the guys on the floor cause they are just the online division (and now everyone knows who we talk about). That was Monday, last thing I heard. Second one I called the next day to see if they had received my email. And then they managed to send me a price, they now got the bike. Lets see if said first one is truly only online.
