We (wife and myself) will be in PE for a few days. (I've been to PE once before). We will be staying in the Holiday Inn.

Can you please recommend any traing routes from there(road) ? Wife also wants to swim in the sea(training for her 1st Ironman). Is the best place to do that near the pier ?
