SLOW Noobee group rides West Coast

Hi All,

 

After having a really enjoyable ride on Sunday, albeit a really slow one going into the wind from Woodbridge to Town, the Missus has decided to take it a step further and join in on group rides.

So I need a little help on whether to join a club, or whether there are any beginner groups who ride Sunset beach area or any of the easy mtb trail areas.
