capeofstorms Posted December 20, 2012 Posted December 20, 2012 Hi, Shoudl you have an FTP for the road as well as the IDT, if most of your weekly training comprises IDT? I'm posing the question considering that your IDT FTP in most cases is lower than your road FTP
