2013 trek madone electric gear shift

Hi guys , was offered a 2013 trek madone 5.9

The bike was bought new 2 months ago and the owner changed his mind and wants to sell it

 

He rode on it only a few times only and the bike is as new

Owner wants 29000 rand for it , I had it checked at the shop he bought it

 

Wanted your opinion on bike and price
