The South African challenge for 2013 ABSA Cape Epic success received a significant boost on Thursday when it was confirmed that Philip Buys has secured compatriot and friend, Matthys Beukes, to race with him on Team SCOTT at the world’s highest profile mountain bike stage race next month.
