Liggett: Mzansi Tour an asset to SA cycling and the country as a whole

The Mzansi Cycle Tour (17-21 April) is not an asset only to South African Cycling, but to the country as a whole.

This is the opinion of Phil Liggett, who is generally considered to be the ‘voice of international cycling’. The Brit is famous, as well as loved, for his commentary on the Tour de France during the past four decades.
