Up here in GP you sukkel to get the perspex plates.

 

yes, cause they are actually not 'legal' anymore....they are trying to go that if the car burns, one will still be able to read the plates or something like that.

Tell that to the guys here in Uitenhage. Bought a perpex plate 2 weeks ago. Besides, the metal plates are now aluminium so they will not handle much heat anyway.
