Atlantic Seaboard training partner/s or group

Hello!

 

I was hoping to find some cyclists that i can ride with early morning's (5:30am onwards) or in the early evenings (5pm onwards) on the Atlantic seaboard that are fairly strong riders.

 

I live in Hout Bay but will travel anywhere on the Altantic seaboard to meet up as i am keen to cycle with like minded people who want to push themselves.
