Raleigh RC Team frame @ what price ? .

Hi everyone . I've had a bike fitment at my LBS . Now I looking for my frame . It's not a new frame but I've wanted this for a while ..... So I'm gonna place advert looking for one end of August 2013 . I need your input on what is price range that I'm looking at . My budget is 4k , is this to low for the frame ?

 

The frame is a Raleigh Carbon Team , L ( as picture of similar bike attached ) . I had a option earlier but did not take it so now regret has set in ...

PS - 4k should be at the upper end of the price scale for a Raleigh frame.

It may even allow you to consider other brands (eg Giant TCR).
