In April this year I was ecstatic when I finally bought my new Specialized Epic from BMT in Stellenbosch. From the word go their staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. This included small little things like the setup, boxing (at no cost) my previous bike and shipping it to its new owner in Johannesburg. Furthermore, I immediately noticed the great care and pride which Trevor and the rest of team take in their work which is evident in the absolutely spotless condition of bikes leaving the shop each time looking like new!

After many “funtastic” hours on my new machine I however started to notice a strange noise coming from my rear shock and immediately took it to BMT for attention. Again, Trevor was very helpful in assessing the problem and assuring me that it would be taken care of in no time. True to his word they immediately started on the bike, removed the shock and send it to Specialized to check.

However, I was really impressed this afternoon when I was informed that the bike was ready for pick-up, a same day turnaround, unbelievable?! Furthermore, on pickup I was informed that the old shock was replaced with a brand new one, no questions asked (thanks Specialized). Finally, I also noticed that my previously dirty bike was cleaned to Trevor’s standard (spotless)! All at no cost to me!

What can I say but thanks guys! This level of service is extremely rare and much appreciated!

I also have only good things to say about BMT Stellenbosch. They serviced my bike about 2 weeks ago, amazing job. I wil support them any day.
