This week on Tri Talk SA Brad Brown caught up with the Fresh Drives’ Catherine Grenfell who is using the sport of triathlon to keep herself in shape. How does he juggle working full time (with some crazy hours to boot), being a wife and mom with the training that is required to take part in a multi-disciplined sport?
