The aim is to teach you how to maintain your bike so that running costs are kept to a minimum for as long as possible. This course will save you thousands of Rands in the future! This course will teach you the following; Replace your gear cables Adjust your front and rear derailleurs Check/adjust your brakes Check/adjust your headset Check/replace bottom bracket The course is held from 9am-12pm.
