Lost 3T Rear wheel

HI all

 

I swapped my wheel with a young colored developement rider at the Argus 2013 just after misty cliffs, it seems i took down his coach number incorrectly and have been looking for almost a year so this is my last resort.The tour office and PPA have not been able to assist me with the developement teams in Cape Town so if anyone has those details it would be great. The 3T wheels are very high end and i would like it back , i stillhave his easton wheel.
