Hello - I'm interested in purchasing this and was wondering if anybody has this that can give me real user-feedback that isn't marketing hype?

All I can tell you is that any electric bike is super heavy. So this back wheel will add considerable weight to your bike. Also check whether you can get the correct tires for the wheel to handle the speed, weight and so forth. Electric bikes require special tires, don't know if this does too, but with the battery and motor in the back wheel it looks like it can be a beast.
