Can anybody offer any advise/ help, I have constant pain on both calves that has got so bad I no longer want to ride as it's no longer fun, I have tried dropping the seat, adjusting the saddle. I have even checked my cycling rythm - I am riding with my heels touching the crack ( rubbing the paint off).

I had a bad accident in October last year when the crank came loose as I was standing to practice a sprint and endened up putting the front cog into my calf ( the right hand side) and having internal bleeding on the left groin ( +_ 15cmx10cm bubble). The whole problem started just after the accident, I need to try and find out what is causing the problem so I can go back to enjoying my riding.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Give the injury time to heal. The older you are the longer it takes. Had a crash too, 4 months before I could lift my arm vertical with my shoulder.

Why don't you see a doctor about this?

Also, since you've played with your fit, go to a fitting expert to get properly fitted to the bike... It's worth it for most pain and discomfort.
