650c Clincher and Tubular Tires

Hello fellow Hubbers

 

I am in need of some help for a mate of mine. His 8 year old son has just started riding and rode KZN Track Champs over the weekend, now he would like to give SA's a go.

Problem is the youngster is riding a 650c wheeled track bike, 1 wheel a Clincher the other a Tubby.

 

Where in SA can I find tires for a 650c wheel. If someone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
