droo Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Your tools will wear out faster, but other than that you shouldn't have a problem. Bike frames are usually made from 3Al/2.5V Ti, which is still has reasonable machining properties, unlike the 6Al/4V stuff which will wear a diamond tool out in about 3 seconds. DeFconOK 1
