Wahoo bar mounted weather-proof case

Where can I find any of the Wahoo Protkt or Reflkt or similar handlebar mounted hard cases for iPhone 5 in JHB? It can be any brand name, provided it's robust and easy to remove and most importantly WEATHERPROOF! I am in JHB and found one at Gadget shop Cresta for R799. Is there any other decent options and better priced cases? See them on Ebay for average R350 but then it's the long wait and the gamble with Customs and Pilfering dept.
