Did the Challenge again this year.Quite tough to get all the climbing in.How did the challenge go.Did mine in and around the Buffelspoort valley on my mountain bike.Lots of Hill repeats to get all the meters in.I love climbing but just need to increase my average speed slightly.

Kilometers to complete Challenge-390.7Km.

Average Speed-14.7Km/Hr.

Time in saddle-26H32min
