So 10 days ago we got notification of Gauteng & Gauteng North Duathlon champs happening this Sunday (3rd of August)...today it was cancelled due to low entries.

 

Athletes got 2 weeks notice of a provincial championship happening in the dead of winter 4 months AFTER National/Continental Duathlon Champs have been held and they are amazed that entries are low?

 

Either I missing something important or CGT and GNT didn't quite think this one through....
