Good evening

I have been doing a few night rides and am battling to see with only the handlebar mounted light especially on the single track. Is there a helmet available in South Africa that has an integrated headlamp mount? Not the big cycle lights a normal smaller headlight or alternatively how do you fit a headlamp properly.?
