I need a ride... MTN crater cruise

Hallo everyone.

 

A bit of a strange request. I am a South African who has lived in the UK for the last 2 and a half years.

 

We are returning for good in mid September. When leaving SA I left my MTB with my parents in the Northern Cape. I started road cycling in the UK.

 

I'm arriving back on the morning of 12 September in Jhb. I would love to do the mtn crater cruise in Parys on the Saturday but I'm temporarily without a bike considering my bike is stuck in the Northern Cape.

 

I know this is a serious shot in the dark but does anyone have a bike that I can borrow? Perhaps someone who is doing the ride as well? I'm even willing to pay a few rands or buy you a couple of beers.

 

I'm an experienced rider so bar a serious mishap your bike will be in safe hands.

 

Alternatively, can anyone recommend some other way of getting a ride for that day? I tried searching demo bikes but without much luck.

 

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.
