Well R80 and I'm back in business with a brass cheapie.

Trick I learnt with the cheapies is they are normally way too long so if it snaps off next to the lock nut there's enough length on the stem to rebuild the left over piece using a spare locknut on the base and some old tube or an Oring as a washer between that and the rim and then you have a working stem again, normally a tad short but still good to go.
