Rosebank/Rondebosch weekend rides

Looking for company on weekend rides, Sat or Sun. Following my hijacking https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/144484-hijack-pinelands/ think it may not be that wise to ride alone and it would be good to do some group riding.

Looking to do 2 - 3 hour rides. I ride at around 28 kph on my own, so a group going a bit quicker than that should be fine. Also happy to do chilled long rides. Experienced, old-ballie rider.

Live in Rosebank (Rondebosch), Cape Town.

An option is to join a club like Club100. Any views here on them? Their website seems abandoned and what I've found here on the Hub is all a few years old.

hey guys

 

what time and days are you looking at? because im always cycling alone and it can get scary and mostly boring.

I live in milnerton and cycle N2,M3, Rhodes drive, down to houtbay then around Victoria ave, beach road pass greenpoint stadium then towards milnerton. +-60km

I only started cycling recently and travel at speed im comfortable with and a group will help push my limits.

so let me know and I will join whatever route you guys take.
