Hi All, 

 

Bikes, Cameras, Action!

 

I'll be at the Cycle Challenge on Sunday morning snapping away my fingers in the SMILE ZONE

 

I would appreicate any of the riders points of view, besides the common "Start" "Finish" snapshot, where would the other interesting places be en-route to take photo's?

 

The style of images I try capture is the ones that show the essence and experience of rider in racing action.

 

I would think that setting up in CEDAR Road (KOM/QOM) area, hoping that by that stage of the racing the bunches would be thinned out at the can get more invididuval shots! 

 

Any suggestions welcome, maybe there is a few brave souls that have already riden the route ... hehehe!

Shots where cyclists are turning are always more interesting than when riding straight. Particularly if they are looking around the corner to w=see where they are going to ride. 

LIon Park road turning right onto Cedar

Out of Steyn City onto William Nicol

Both of these are fast so you'll get more interest than if they're slow uphill bits.

get the Yuma Ramp and put it at the bottom of Cedar. will make or great shots
