Just purchased myself a new bike with a Fox Evolution 29ER Fork and a CTD boost valve shock. I'm looking to download the service PDF manuals for the fork but can't find anything on there website. I have a Rock Shox recon gold on my other 29ER and the manuals are available from the Sram website no Problem.

Could someone please assist me with some sort off info regarding oil levels and weights for the lower legs, damper and air spring chambers.

Any info will be much appreciated  .....

Oil levels are on Fox's service site at www.service.foxracingshox.com. Click "dealers and consumers" on the landing page, then find "oil volumes" under "service" on the tree on the left.

Or - 30cc Green 10wt or Gold 20wt (if you've got compatible seals) in the lowers, and 74cc Red 10wt in the damper cart for 80 or 100mm forks, 86cc for a 120mm.

Thanks... Got it. Serviced my Rock shox Gold fork 2 days ago, so easy to do. And at a fraction off the cost that my local bike store quoted me..

The Fox will sting a bit more, because the seals cost a packet. Still cheaper in the long run though. Just make sure you use the right oils in the right places.
