Looking for a beginners group Summerstrand

We have entered our first Herald 104km (male & female) and are looking to join up with fellow beginners to cycle from Summerstrand.

I don't know how fit you are, but there is a group that comes from 8th avenue Walmer Caltex on Tues/Thurs and does Strandfontein, Admirality, up 2nd ave twice.  Leaves garage at 05h30.

 

On Saturday there is a slower Marine group leaving 10th ave Walmer at 06h10 or 06h15.

 

It's perfectly safe to do a reverse marine by yourselves, schoenies and back is about 40ks.
