Stolen bikes

Who is buying these bikes/ components? There must be an established chain that buy the stolen goods-I know of stolen bikes in Nelspruit that got recovered in Mozambique at great expense to the owners.

Any of you guys who have recovered your stolen property- Where did the stolen merchandise end up and how did you recover it.?

Any other suggestions on how to close down on the "buyers " out there- Any cops on the forum?

A lot of bikes end up over the border, more effective border control such as proof of purchase and a cycle data base with s/n listing stolen bikes will help.
