brussel Posted February 13, 2015 Posted February 13, 2015 I have a 2 year old Silverback storm 1 that I absolutely love and I have had a repeated issue of the small piece of steel that is integral to the drive side drop out coming off. I have epoxied it three times and still no avail. I called Silverback to ask for some advice as I had done the first time it happened and they gave me a warranty replacement frame. Hats off to Robert from Silverback for excellent customer service and they can be assured of my ongoing support of their brand.
