against Wada and Dick Pound for the way in which they percieve he has been prejudicial against their efforts to stop doping in cycling.

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has hit back at the International Cycling Union (UCI) after cycling's governing body announced in a press release that it and former president Hein Verbruggen had filed a law suit against WADA's former president Dick Pound.

Of course WADA has hit back and said they are appointing council to defend and to recover funds which they were forced to cover for the tests  used in the case against Floyd Landis - the tests were done according to the UCI rules but the UCI said they had no budget to cover the costs and could not pay.

WADA it seems was forced to intercede and remit the costs for the tests.

Seems strange the UCI has no funds to pay for tests done on its behalf and I assume instructions, but has funds to take legal action against WADA.??

Seems ASO and WADA both have had enough of the UCI who are certainly not endearing themselves to many are they.?
