Is the giant tcr aero a triathlon bicycle or a full road bicycle , these tcr bicycle comes with a tri bar ,

Ok I thought it's a good bike it has shimano 105 components but yes I don't know what year it is . I do have a pic but I can't seem to upload it on here .
