Easy MTB Trail for a Beginner in Cape Town

Sun was in my eyes, misjudged myself with the pavement and went otb!! Got discharged from hospital earlier today. Cracked wrist, torn ligament and a bone broke out of the socket in my wrist. Opp went well, implanted a titanium plate and inserted a few screws. 2 weeks = stationery bike and 12 = mtb

Agree with the suggestions, would start Koenerg, then the easy parts of Meerendal, then Bloemendal.
