Stonehaven races registration

How does one register to join a Stonehaven cycle race? Is there a need for any licences such as a UCI license?

Its a CSA sanctioned event so it requires a CSA lic or temp lic (day lic)but the organizers don't always check

I did the race last Sunday. Got to Stonehaven at 7h30. Filled in the form. Paid my R130 cash, got my number and was ready for the 8h00 start...painless.
