Parks cycling Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Hi All Just a quick note to acknowledge the great service received from Mike at Bicycle Power Trading. I bought a secondhand Cycleops 400 Indoor Bike on The Hub and have been worried that the calibration was out. I called Mike earlier this week and was dreading having to load the bike in my car and take it across to them. Mike was more than accommodating and was at my house this morning to recalibrate the bike. He just emailed to say what he had done and that all was sorted. And all of this for no charge! I bought my Powertap wheels from these guys as well and they provide excellent advice and great after sales service. I can certainly recommend them for great products and service!
