Kirsten Pieters Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 I have a rockshox sid xx WC that I've got on my 29er trigon hard tail. When it compresses the last 10 percent of travel (before it bottoms out) feels like as if the gate of the lock-out is open. Though it's closed. And when returning from a hit it makes a strange sucking noise like something is sucking it back. It was serviced a month ago at the lbs. And the fork seems to be not to responsive on the trail like it should be? Any help or tips?
akneethling Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Check the rebound setting. It could be that. Its the small allen key an the bottom of one of the lowers. It sounds like it could be too slow. Adjust it faster (towards the rabbit). Until you're happy. Somewhere in the middle could be good. Just keep on tuning it until you get it right.
