If you feel out of control when you ride, gears confuse you and you are scared to ride singletrack then this is the course for you! Develop the confidence and skills to ride singletrack safely and efficiently. These 3 hour clinics are ideal for those who are new to the sport, feel uncomfortable/scared on a bike and are confused by all those gears!

• We Teach:
  • Bike Set Up: Suspension and Controls
    
  • Body Positioning
    
  • Braking and gear shifting Basics
    
  • Riding easy singletrack
    

  [*]Itinerary:

  • Meet at 2pm at Meerendal, Durbanville
    
  • 1.5 Hours practicing techniques on flat terrain with cones and logs
    
  • 1.5 Hours mtb ride applying techniques (5-10km ride)
    
  • Finish by 5pm
