You’ve got the hang of shifting gears and riding easy singletrack but the steeper and more technical sections freaks you out! These 3 hour clinics are ideal for those who want to get up/down those steep sections and start riding the entire trail without getting off your bike.

• We Teach:
  • Bike Set Up: Suspension and Controls
    
  • Body Positioning
    
  • Fine tuning your braking and gear shifting
    
  • Riding up switchbacks
    
  • Descending switchbacks
    

  [*] Itinerary:

  • Meet at 2pm at Contermanskloof
    
  • 1.5 Hours practicing techniques on flat terrain with cones and logs
    
  • 1.5 Hours mtb ride applying techniques (5-10km ride)
    
  • Finish by 5pm

R350 for 3 hour session (excluding R40 trail fee)
