I see solomons in PTA have a trek 8500 frame for 2K - called them and they have stock.

 

From what I've heard sometimes their specials are a little too good to be true - anyone been there lately and seen that particular frame?

I went there a couple months back to check their claimed specials.They are true the catch is that the bikes(frames) on special are usually bigger than average sizes,so the special isnt on the whole size range only basically on the un common sizes thats old left over stock.

Do you guys/girls think that with Solomons prices being that competitive, that they sometimes aren't selling the "real deal"??????

tricky when I can't see it in person - possible slightly shopsoiled as it would be a stripped down frame - they ay they have the size I'm would be looking for?
