I'm looking into paying to have my road and MTB rides set up properly and wanted to get peoples experience based opinions about the different things available, above and beyond saddle height, reach to bar, bar height stuff.

Looking at the "FIT KIT ROTATIONAL ADJUSTMENT DEVICE (RAD)" that  Daisyway Coaching systems use, they've a web link to www.bikefitkit.com on the site. This looks just like the Specialized Body Geometry approach to getting knee, upper and lower leg properly aligned.

What I'm getting at is, I don't wanna just pay for science, I need to be sure that I'm getting real value for the money I'm paying out. We've all been blinded by the sales pitch and terminology before, but what is actually money well spent?

Just wanted to get some feed back on where best to go for a proper setting up session.

Thanks for any advice

Suggest you give the Epic Bike Shop a call in Plumstead ... haven't made use of their services personally, but heard of many satisfied customers.
