Red Bird Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 If anyone is wondering about doing this race and not knowing if it'll be worth the drive - it really is!! Very nice mix of district roads & flowing single track with challenging rock gardens. Some technical climbing aswell. I recommend doing the 23km/32km first to try out. Awesome MTB venue!!

nonky Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 I can support Engel-a's comments: it is definitely worth it to drive down for this race. Only an hour or so from Jhb and some REAL mountain biking. James and Co have built some sweet trails out there and that hill is a proper workout, with an awesome reward on the downhill. Definitely need to get out there again...
