Vehicle(Golf 3) was parked in Delvera(Dirtopia Trial Center) parking lot.

People broke into the car and somehow managed to get the bicycle out the back door of my vehicle.

They stole only my bicycle and left other valuable items behind.

Missus and I rode there today for a bite to eat. 

While we were sitting in the restaurant Meurant tweeted that this just happened.  Fortunately, we had eyes on our bikes all the time.   

Since this is becoming a problem, biking venues should employ security/access control or CCTV.

Epic race, Meerendal and Delvera has been hit.

Even at Ride In I don't hang my bike on the "bike parking hanger".

With all the bikes being stolen off bike racks, I pop mine back in the back of the SUV.

Not even this is safe anymore....

Now days you have to think like a thief! Remove wheels, use 2x cables or better still a proper linked chain with an old tube around it to protect your bike and a good padlock.
