Well, if the standard of racing at this weekend's Central Gauteng provincial track ckamps, specially among the Elites, is anything to go by, I am REALLY looking forward to the SAs later this month!

Well done to all who competed, the racing was an absolute pleasure to watch. A special congrats to Martin van Wyk, James Louter, Gadi Chait, Devlin White and Michael Oosthuysen who all rode superbly, and to riders like Ivano Siebritz, Curtis Hoewlls and Johan vn den Berg who contributed greatly to making the racing even more exciting than it already was!!

I second that assessment Ricycle.

We really had a blast and enjoyed both riding and watching the races. Congrats to the organizers who coped well with the variable weather conditions and managed the events and different categories fairly.

It would be cool next year if we could organise live results (an active display) as well as still and video footage available for sale on the day. How about slow motion shots of the finishes? Some of them were really close...

Whilst we may not have world class riders in every category this is an entertaining sport where like minded people can have fun competing.
