Paul Ruinaard Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 So just a quick positive to Patrick at Purmotion sports - I had an issue with my POC MIPS Trabec helmet which I purchased about 9 months ago and he replaced it no problem, couriering the new helmet to me directly at home. I bought the helmet as i wanted the added safety of the MIPS approach and I must say it is firstly great looking and it has been very nice to wear. No issues there. There were some issues with the MIPS liner shell where it cracked, but it was replaced without a quibble. I am not sure what caused it - I haven't fallen off (that I can remember :-)). More than the great helmet - I got great backup and support from the local agents. That makes all the difference in my opinion. Will be buying another one.
