Ballito Morning Rides

I am down in Ballito end of August and was wondering if there are any daily rides that go out in the mornings??

When I used to live there, the local roadie group started from the BP garage in town at 5:30 (summer) or 6:00 (winter) every Tues, Wed and Thurs. Not sure what the start time is this time of year. For MTB I don't know of any daily organised rides.

For MTB you have a multitude of options, depending on ability.
