Ratings of advertisors

I am new to this but have bought quite a few pieces of equipment through the hub.

 

The ordinary proces was e mail the advertiser and make payment and wait for delivery.

 

Usually the add then disapear.

 

I would like to rate the advertiser/sellers for service and delivery because it can assist in establishing their credibility.

 

Would it not be possible to create a ratings tab where the members can be added and rated. I know the facility already exist but I am not sure how to access it.

 

Assistance to rate would also be great
